Vance outlines three criteria the Trump administration wants companies to meet: buy, hire, and invest American.
“We want companies that buy American, that hire American, and that invest in American communities.”
Vance says the administration supports businesses that build domestically and invest in workers.
“That if you're a business that's building in your backyard, if you're investing in your workers and trying to make a great American product, then we are on your side because you are on the side of American workers and American patriots.”
