Tepper says fan sentiment cannot be the reason for making coaching changes.
“I have great respect for the fans and I do hear the fans, but ultimately those that can't be a reason why you make a change like this.”
Tepper says he has had the same people working at his hedge fund forever, contrasting public perception.
“I've had the same people working for me forever at my, my hedge fund. So it's kind of like one of those dichotomies, you know, that people view”
Tepper expresses confidence in Panthers management team and says the whole building feels better now.
“So, you know, starts there, and I think that, you know, we've done a pretty good job in the draft and stuff like that, and the whole building just feels better.”
