“Around 2,000,000 more American born workers have jobs in 2025 so far. And I think meanwhile, about a million foreign born workers roughly have lost jobs.”
Sacks argues the $100,000 H-1B fee will redirect applications from low-end IT jobs to high-skilled positions with actual American shortages.
“And I think by putting this $100,000 fee on it, you encourage the applications to go to the actual higher skilled, higher paid jobs where there's actually a shortage of Americans.”

“For example, when James Meredith was barred from attending Ole Miss, University of Mississippi, JFK sent in 30,000 federal troops to bust open the doors of Ole Miss.”
Sacks says over 55% want all illegal aliens deported, 90% want criminals removed, and murders dropped 21% last year.

Sacks emphasizes ICE has warrants for specific named individuals, rejecting Gestapo comparisons.
“They have warrants to arrest known criminal aliens despite this rhetoric of them being like the Gestapo. They are going after specific named individuals for whom they have warrants to arrest.”
Sacks says blue states expected to lose nine House seats and electoral votes due to citizen migration.
“And as a result of that, blue states are expected to lose nine house seats and electoral votes because of the changing population numbers.”
Sacks claims Mamdani won NYC mayoral election due to mass migrant vote combined with downwardly mobile progressives.
“It was the mass migrant vote in New York that swung it to Mam Donnie. It's not exclusively the DSA base.”
