Rowan predicts investors won't distinguish between public and private investment grade credit within 18 months.
“Eighteen months from now, I do not believe investors will actually know the difference between investment grade public and investment grade private.”
Rowan predicts regional banking business models will fundamentally transform within five years.
“I'll be shocked if five years from now the business model of a regional bank looks like what they do today.”
Rowan predicts high net worth retail investors will allocate 50% to alternatives within five years.
“I think retail investors high net worth are gonna be 50% allocated to alternatives in the next five years. Now 50.”
