Rowan believes the current administration is enabling more transparency and liquidity in private markets.
“I think we're gonna see more transparency, more market making, more liquidity, more access. And I think the steps that this administration has taken are actually putting us down that path.”
Rowan says Apollo's day-one markups on secondaries across its trillion-dollar platform generated less than $3 million in 2025 revenue.
“To give you a sense of revenue for 2025 as a result of this markup, for the year 2025, revenue was sub $3,000,000”
Rowan says Apollo created a data warehouse for private market pricing and made it available to all dealers.
“We created a data warehouse. We made that data available to all other dealers. We are not the only market maker.”
Rowan commits to 100% daily pricing across Apollo's entire credit business by September 30.
“By ninethirty, all investors will have daily pricing for direct lending and asset backed finance also. That essentially means the totality of our credit business will be 100% daily pricing by ninethirty.”
Rowan says Apollo will provide daily pricing for all corporate investment grade assets by June 30.
“For our platform, which is the largest private credit platform in the world, by sixthirty, our investors will have daily pricing for all corporate investment grade fixed income assets.”
Rowan announces daily pricing launched July 1 for investment grade fixed income, expanding to all credit by October 1.
“We went live with estimated daily value, estimated daily NAV on sevenone for our entirety of our fixed income investment grade suite of asset products.”
