Gerstner announces 60 million Invest America Trump accounts to be created by June this year.

Gerstner claims Trump told him in under five minutes that Trump Accounts represented the entire purpose of his presidency.
“It took him less than five minutes to say, ‘This is the whole reason for my presidency.’”
Gerstner lobbied Speaker Johnson and Chairman Smith directly on Capitol Hill to include Trump Accounts in the reconciliation bill.
“I went and saw Speaker Johnson and Chairman Smith on Capitol Hill and said, ‘Guys, we got to get [Trump Accounts] in [the reconciliation bill].’”
Gerstner claims companies and philanthropists have committed billions to Trump Accounts for California's next generation.
“Some of the state’s most dynamic companies and philanthropists have already stepped up, committing billions of dollars to Trump Accounts to invest in the next generation. Together, we can expand hope and opportunity for all California kids.”
Gerstner says his firm Altimeter will contribute to accounts for all 85 children of its 36 employees and that the program is designed for businesses of all sizes to participate easily.
“Here’s the key. This is not just about the largest companies in America. Take Altimeter, we have 36 employees at Altimeter. We have about 85 kids of those employees. And we are going to donate to every one of those kids’ accounts. This is for every small business, every local restaurant, every landscaper, every contractor, every medium sized business and every large business. We make it really easy to add money to these accounts.”
Gerstner explains that in a school of five hundred students donors give to the foundation which distributes account links
