Gurley says the Stargate project will use a property-operating company structure he just learned about.

Gurley says Oracle assets in Abilene and Crusoe are potentially being rolled into the Stargate structure.
“They're potentially rolling in assets from Oracle that are in Abilene. There's a company called Crusoe that's been involved in in the the build of that.”
Gurley questions why SoftBank would participate in a private credit pool given their typical investment approach.
“And this this I have three observations if all those things are true. One, I'm curious why SoftBank would wanna be part of a private credit pool. It's not what they've typically done.”
Gurley expects over-promotion when Trump, Masa, and Sam announce AI projects together.
“And when you get Trump and and Masa and Sam in a room together, like, I I would expect some amount of over promotion.”
