Friedberg advises students to move on from past failures to focus on the present and create their future.

Friedberg developed the mantra 'I will pass' by accepting he wouldn't know everything but knew enough to succeed.
“That's where I started saying, I have studied a lot. I may not know everything, but I know enough to pass. I will pass.”
